Otis Q. Sellers
Sellers attended Moody Bible Institute and became pastor of various Baptist churches in the 1920s. Being an ardent student of the Bible, he came into scriptural disagreement with the practices of baptism and the Lord’s Supper. He came to the belief that continued study of the Scriptures required developing a strong basis in progressive revelation. The effort throughout the remainder of his life was designed to reveal the truth of God. Sellers was meticulous in his methods and wrote a magazine entitled, The Word of Truth, had a newspaper column in the United State through his Newspaper Evangelistic Project, and an extensive leaflet series called Seed & Bread.
