The book has a great history of impact concerning right division. It would be hard to overestimate its significance at the time. Even though Bullinger wrote it earlier in his dispensational understanding (it being published in 1902), it was groundbreaking for its time.
Bullinger held a Mid-Acts position at the time he wrote the commentary. It was a unique position that he championed. But of course, he would go on to forge the path to an Acts-28 position, solidified by the writing of this amazing work, Foundations of Dispensational Truth, his late book published (released in 1913).
